This week I lost...

3.4 pounds!!

I missed WW last week and the week before, but felt really good knowing that I am watching what I am eating and working out at least 4 days a week!

Why exercies in the morning?

I have heard that people exercise in the morning to give them more energy during the day and help them eat less too..

So far 2 weeks of 5am work out have not made me have more energy and have not made me eat less. I think I might go back to sleeping in, since I see no change!
