Why exercies in the morning?

I have heard that people exercise in the morning to give them more energy during the day and help them eat less too..


So far 2 weeks of 5am work out have not made me have more energy and have not made me eat less. I think I might go back to sleeping in, since I see no change!

surprisingly the husband and I have not yet began 4:30am running ;) I workout at night. I've done it both ways, and for me nights work best by far.
