Exercise Schedules

When do you exercise?
in the morning and right after work (come home change and go)

What exercises do you do?
I use the elliptical (sweat my butt off) walk fast on the treadmill (no running for me) abs, push-ups, and suicide holds!

What do you eat for breakfast?
granola bars, oatmeal, PB sandwich, English muffin

What do you eat for lunch?
Frozen WW meals, huge salad w/ lots of veggies and grilled meat, sandwich, low sodium fat free soup (1/2 can)

What do you eat for dinner?
Grilled meat, salad, sandwiches, baked pizza, veggies, rice, I am basically open to eat anything for dinner- just a lot smaller portions!

When do you weigh yourself?
Tuesdays

What do you drink during the day?
A ton of water, decaf iced tea. and an occasional regular coffee or diet soda

What is your biggest challenge?
Working out regularly!

What do you want to achieve, aka your goal?
I have already lost 10 pounds and would like to lose 15-20 more! At least 10 by July!

When do you exercise?
Gym - right after work during the week or first thing on the weekends; walk the dog after work with the hubby; pilates after work (DVD) when the hubby's not home

What exercises do you do?
At the gym: elliptical, walk fast on the treadmill (no running for me), crunches, and whatever random weight machine looks good that day (I have gym ADD)

What do you eat for breakfast?
granola bars, oatmeal

What do you eat for lunch?
Turkey wraps or salad with chicken, fruit, carrots

What do you eat for dinner?
Dream Dinners

When do you weigh yourself?
Never (unless I'm at the doctor)

What do you drink during the day?
Lotsa water and iced tea. Chai Lattes in the morning. Sometimes milk with dinner.

What is your biggest challenge?
Working out regularly!

What do you want to achieve your goal?
ASAP

at night, an hour after dinner

What exercises do you do?
elliptical for 10 mins, 50ish minutes of heavy weights with crunches between each station, 5-10 minutes of crunches

What do you eat for breakfast?
1 egg, 1/2 glass of OJ, yogurt

What do you eat for lunch?
South Beach yummy lunches

What do you eat for dinner?
salad, chicken, brown rice, broccoli

When do you weigh yourself?
about 3 times/day, yeah, I know

What do you drink during the day?
OJ (aforementioned), water, usually milk after working out

What is your biggest challenge?
staying motivated

What do you want to achieve your goal?
as soon as I set one ;) right now my only goal is to stay on track

crunches, squats, weights in a.m.

something low-fat, low-carb

Water and diet coke. Coffe in a.m. with Splenda and Fat Free 1/2 & 1/2, Lipton Diet Green Tea with Mixed Berry

Working out regularly!

What do you want to achieve your goal?
ASAP

When do you exercise?
I try to exercise every day, but 50% of the time I don't get a chance.

What exercises do you do?
I walk, use my eliptical, use my Total Gym (awesome contraption), and do yoga.

What do you eat for breakfast?
A couple bowls of cereal with rice milk.

What do you eat for lunch?
A couple of turkey wraps, or left overs from the night before.

What do you eat for dinner?
Usually everything in sight. Seriously. Just ask Jenn Ann.

When do you weigh yourself?
When I trip over the scale and happen to notice it.

What do you drink during the day?
Water water and more water. Occasionally a glass of juice with breakfast.

What is your biggest challenge?
Exercising regularly.

What do you want to achieve, aka your goal?
It is my goal to achieve good health. I don't care what I look like as long as I am physically healthy. Really.
